Re: Thanissaro Bikkhu's talk "Holding On"

Thannisaro Bikkhu's usual pithy dhamma talk is followed by a whole thirty minutes of discussion. He emphasizes the importance of good conduct, even prior to meditation practice, with a sense of joy and humour, instead of heavy "discipline". There's an amazing discussion of how and why working on yourself is so important along with social engagement. Best of all, all of the Q&A really gives you a sense of TB's natural great-guy- ness that his shorter talks don't always bring out.
Three thumbs up.
