Brings clarity and calmness

As others have pointed out, this is a fine meditation audio. Guided meditation is one of the best meditation techniques indeed, as it relieves some of the pressure of whether you are doing it 'right' - so, excellent for beginners. One does have to practice daily and look for the meditation technique that bests suits their own nature in order to achieve results, though.

Joseph Is So Clear & Concise

This guided meditation helps clear my mind of clutter and dedicate my attention to what is happening in the moment. Maybe part of it has to do with my projection of who he 'is', given his influence on the transmission of the Dharma in the west, but most of it is probably because he is simply a wise who is very skilled at teaching.

Thank you for posting this. It seems as though you have cherry picked the best teachings for this site. It's a marvelous resource. Sathu!

Nice Audio, Good Form Of Meditation

This audio is great, it brings inner peace while performing vipassana. Among the different meditation techniques I've learned, this is my favorite. I have always believed in its power. Being a businesswoman, I'm always busy and easily stressed out. So I perform Vipassana meditation to reduce stress in my daily life. It's an effective stress management technique, so I encourage you guys to try it too.

The best path to your inner peace

This is one of the best meditation audios posted on the web. This clearly opens the spaciousness of the mind; I would say this opens your heart to the inner peace. I highly recommend practicing this daily.

Note: There are a few cough noises in the silence periods. Practice this audio instruction with full attention over and over until those noises are no longer disturbing your inner peace.
