Mindfulness meditation sit - Dharmalab

Gather at 7:45 pm to start sitting at 8:00 pm. We start every sit with a round of introductions, followed by 50 minutes of silent meditation and 10 minutes of guided meditation. After the sit we have a discussion in the round, time for community announcements and dana. Cushions and blankets are available at the space.
